Jenny Viktorsson
With nearly two decades of experience since her first yoga class, Jenny has journeyed through diverse yoga styles, healing practices, and meditation techniques. What began as a quest for curiosity and personal healing evolved into a full-time dedication, teaching yoga for seven enriching years at a prominent studio in Sweden.
Jenny's exploration of various yoga forms and expressive movement modalities has reconnected her to her core essence, igniting a profound sense of joy, love, and purpose. She is passionate about sharing the divine feminine energy of Shakti through her dynamic Shakti Flow classes, as well as a fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, and Mediyoga.
Guided by intuition, Jenny integrates sound, mudras, kriyas, and meditation, crafting immersive experiences for her students. Her deep desire to facilitate healing has also led her to study healing, coaching, yoga therapy, and meditation.
Believing in the power of inner wisdom, Jenny guides others to live authentically with open hearts and minds. As a former co-owner of Yoga Kendra, she spent seven years nurturing a vibrant community in Malmö, Sweden.
Since 2022, Jenny has made the beautiful landscapes of Tenerife, Spain, her home, where she continues to share her passion through weekly classes, retreats, and trainings across Sweden and Spain.
